Access denied заставляет содрогнуться особенно тогда, когда вы не можете отправить или принять сделку в течении хотя бы часа, когда у вас закрыт доступ на торговую площадку и в сам магазин steam, когда боты находятся в стадии постоянного переподключения.

Получив один раз за день 30-минутный бан вы сможете получать их каждые последующие 30 минут, если привысите минимальный порог запросов. Получив суточный бан вы не сможете даже зайти на тп или в инвентарь у вас постоянно будет вылетать ограничение. Боты на таком компьютере не смогут работать, да и основа не сможет. По сути, получение бана на сутки и более полностью останавливает работу фермера на таком компьютере. Также вы не сможете отправлять и принимать обмены
На что направлен бан?
В первую очередь вас блокируют по ip-адресу. Не важно с какого аккаунта вы получили ограничение, страдают все пользователи компьютера, да и сети в целом (если в сети один ip). То есть вы не сможете зайти с телефона через wi-fi.
Как лечить?
Смена ip-адреса должна помочь. Я, получив трёхдневный бан, перенёс все фермы на VDS, где последние продолжили нормально работать. А я остался ждать отмены санкций, так как с белым ip особо ничего не сделаешь, а использование прокси steam не одобряет.
Заключение.
Будьте осторожны при использовании различных скриптов и плагинов для браузеров, да и большое количество ферм с неправильными тайминговыми настройками могут лишить вас приличной прибыли, только за счёт получения ограничений.

Is there any way i can fix it?, I was using vpn for csgo but that was long ago like december 2019 when indonesian internet hit the worst state, and i’m still able to use my steam normally until this problem happen like in saturday i guess
Well, the first thing to do is check EVERYTHING your end. Cables, router and everything up to the point you connect to the outside world. You should make sure to cold boot your router, make sure it’s away from other electrical stuff. Check your cables are good and the plugs and sockets involved are good too.
Do a speed test without any other processes running to see if this is a Steam issue or if it IS your internet speed on the whole.
If it is the latter, then you can contact your ISP and ask what’s up and tell them you’ve checked everything your end.
And it doesn’t matter that your only way to access is via VPN. It is STILL against the terms you agreed to, so you need to realise that.

Sounds like you don’t have the proper disk permissions in Windows to kill it as you describe.
What we should focus on is why you have the problem of Steam not actually starting in the first place.
Boot your PC into safe mode WITH networking and try to log into your account from there. I suspect that you perhaps have problematic software that is maybe affecting Steam in a normal boot.
It can often be antivirus software, but also you need to make sure your firewall is configured properly to allow Steam and games access through.
Install Steam to another folder; such as C:\Steam or C:\Games\Steam
while under an Admin Windows User Account.

It is pretty much a must that do this under Win8, 8.1, 10; as by default UAC will get in the way of locking folder permissions (even to an Admin user) whenever apps are installed to a «system folder» such as «Program Files»
Wow. pretty much EXACTLY what I posted back then, and I totally agree. I got owned here for it, but I am really glad to see you do the same thing. UAC gets in the way so don’t install Steam in any program files folders. Cannot agree more.

Folks from Steam still love to chime in and say «Windows UAC doesn’t interfere with Steam» but in fact it does. For example when u launch a game for the first time after an install, due to lack of folder security rights, the game fails to auto install DX or Visual C++ (and other 3rd party addons the a game might need). Aside from that, UAC is the reason behind most Steam and Game related issues. Simply installing Steam (or other Games or Game Clients) into a non-System folder is the answer, as UAC has no control over those folders.
And it’s a users best bet rather than mess with or otherwise make system-wide changes regarding UAC. Which u can’t fully disable under Win8/10 OS’ anyways; because if you do that, you lose the ability to use Microsoft Store.

I use steam. So basically what’s happening is that sometimes, randomly I get this error message because of which I can’t connect to steamcommunity.com at all. This can be solved by disconnecting my dialup cable wired internet and reconnecting it.
But the problem is, it stays as long as 15 minutes and then the same error occurs again. It keeps on occurring the entire day and so on and it’s really a drag to keep reconnecting my net every 15 minutes.

Which browser you are using?
If you are using Internet Explorer, then try the below steps and check:
Step 1:
Check whether the websites are listed in the resisted area and if they are present in the restricted area remove it from the list and try to access the websites. Follow the steps mentioned below.
a. Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.
b. Click on Internet Options and click on the security tabs.
c. Click on Restricted sites and click on the sites button.
d. If any of these websites are listed in the restricted sites, select the websites and click on the remove button to remove it from the list.
e. Click on close and then Apply and OK.
Check whether you are able to access the websites.
Step2:
I would suggest you to ping the web URL and check whether you are able to ping or not.
a. Click on Start and click on Run.
b. Type cmd and press Enter.
c. Now the website address and check whether you are able to send and receive packets.
