If your problem is missing textures and wheels on the ETK.
Launch the game in SAFE MODE first (Do that from the launcher)
If it works correctly, one of your mod is causing that.
You need to find which and delete it.
If it doesn’t help, click ‘CLEAR CACHE’ in the launcher.
Then launch the game.
If your problem persists, I suggest to clean reinstall the game, some of your files may by broken or corrupted.
Follow these exact steps:
-Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want, but don’t put them back yet!)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
-Reinstall BeamNG.
