Есть и другие проблемы авторизации, когда Epic Games не входит в аккаунт. Сначала попробуем сделать следующее:
Если вы забыли пароль и не можете вспомнить, кликайте на соответствующую кнопку справа снизу. Система запросит привязанный адрес электронной почты, после чего вы получите ссылку на сброс. Придумайте новую надежную комбинацию, чтобы больше не говорить: «Я не могу войти в Эпик Геймс»!

THANK YOU! After trying a bunch of stuff for hours this actually worked by doing it step by step. I am curious though as to why I had to do these steps for it to work and why it didnt work by itself? What is causing this problem??

I had the same problem, it’s a bit hacky but if you have a minor knowledge to how web works you can do it:
When you click on Epic to link your account it will open the default browser, and start loading an epic.com page, wait for it, when the address change to ubisoft (something like https://connect.ubisoft.com/epic-callback?app-id=. ) copy this address to clipboard
In the address remove the last part just before next-Url (cut it from the address) and try to load this address in browser. It will probably ask for your ubisoft credentials, enter it and after um successful log in, you will need to decode the next-Url address, use this webpage: https://www.urldecoder.org/ and enter the data after next-Url= in the page that loads, it will decode everything to a valid URL address from epic (something like https://epicgames.com/id/oauth-authorized?state=. ), copy it and on the same window that you have logged in on ubisoft, paste it. If everything goes well you will receive the success message and will be able to download and play the ubisoft game.

Hi, i have recently bought a coupple of Assassin’s Creed games from Epic Store but y cant link my Epic Sotre account to my Ubisoft account. I have tried deleting cache and cookies and also using the incognito browser. I have no extentions for my browser installed right now. What do i have to do in order to play the games i purchased?

Hi! No need, thank you. The ticket I have is from today. I’m just trying to find a solution. The thing is that my Ubisoft account has already been linked to Epic Store in the past (i have Watch Dogs in my library) but it keeps telling me «Ubisoft Login Required» on the game image from my library on Epic Games. I don’t know what is wrong with this.

Cannot login to epic games.
I login to epic games through my microsoft account and when i try to login on my computer it tells me «There was an error processing the credentials from the external login system. please contact support. and when i login to my xbox it wont let me sign in either. does anyone know what my problem is?

I tried both solutions but the epic games launcher isnt the problem if seems something is off with my cbox live because i can log into xbox live but when i try to log into xbox games through xbox it doesnt allow it but I can log into other accounts through epic games but now through xbox?
